Welcome to Bunkyo Gospel Centre’s
We are an interdenominational group from over six different countries,
including Japan. We meet to celebrate God’s love for all people,
shown to us through the sacrifice of his son, Jesus Christ, who is alive today.
We worship the Living God, who forgives sins and gives new life through
Jesus Christ to anyone who believes what He has done.
It is by grace we have been saved!

Sundays:
*Morning Worship Service 10:30-12:00 (Japanese) Open to everyone! Translation for the Message is usually available in English and Chinese.
*Gospel Choir 2:00-4:00 (Japanese and English) The second and fourth week of the month. Open to everyone! A mixture of Christians and Pre-Christians joining together singing English and Japanese Songs.
*Young Adult Bible Study (Japanese) Text is used to lead. Happens bi-weekly. Please Contact Bunkyo Gospel Center to confirm the dates.
*English Fellowship 4:30-6:30 (English) Open to everyone! A time of fellowshipping amongst many cultures, sharing hearts through bible discussions, worship, prayer, and a month meal.
Tuesdays:
*Single Ladies Prayer Meeting (Japanese) Please contact Bunkyo Gospel Center for details.
*Chinese Cafe 7:00pm (Chinese and Japanese) Open to Everyone! This is at the Lighthouse in Mikuni bi-weekly, please contact Bunkyo Gospel Center to confirm the dates.
Wednesdays:
*Open House 7:00-8:00pm (Japanese and English), A Youth Event open to all Middle and High School students
Thursdays:
*Bible Study 10:30am (Japanese), Open to everyone! CD is used to lead.
*Five pieces of Bread and Two fish Cafe 12:00-3:00pm, Weekly Menu (only 1000yen) Eat in or Take out, Open to everyone (note: reservations are not required, however are recommended due to limited supply)
Fridays:
*Womens Bible Study Text is used to lead. 10:30am (Japanese)
*Five pieces of Bread and Two fish Cafe 12:00-3:00pm, Weekly Menu (only 1000yen) Eat in or Take out, Open to everyone (note: reservations are not required, however are recommended due to limited supply)
*English Cafe 7-9:30pm (English and Japanese), Desserts, drinks, and English only 500yen. Open to everyone.
*Pizza Party 6:30-9:30pm (Japanese and English), All you can eat Homemade Pizza. There is a fun program and fun people. Open to everyone! (note:only once a month, and price varies from Children to Adults. Please contact Bunkyo Gospel Center to confirm)
Saturdays:
*Hono Bono 10:00am-12:00pm (Japanese) For really grown up, 60plus. Monthly meeting, with guests speakers and singers, fellowship, and lunch. No fee, just come and enjoy.
*One Touch Cafe 11:00am-3:00pm (Japanese and English) Weekly, Lunch Cafe in Mikuni at the Lighthouse. Come and Enjoy both good food, nice people and a great view of the Ocean. Please contact Bunkyo Gospel Center for details.
*Kids Bash 2:00-4:00pm (English and Japanese) Free monthly kids event where we learn English, science, and the bible in a fun filled environment! Prizes are given, snacks are enjoyed, games are played, and songs are sung. Please come out and join the fun! For kids ages 4-11, parents are free to stay for the event, it is recommended for the younger children. (note: dates changes, please contact Bunkyo Gospel Center to confirm)
*Bible Study 4:00-5:30pm (Japanese) Open to everyone! CD is used to lead. (note: Once a month cancellation, due to Kids Bash. Please contact Bunkyo Gospel Center to confirm dates.)
*Prayer Meeting 5:30pm(Japanese) Open to everyone!
Other Events include Couples Nights, monthly painting classes, Fun nights in Mikuni, Various English Classes, and more to come!
