• "Digital Contents and Competition" points out that the distribution of digital contents is being capitulated by the robots proposing for us to return to a more humane shrink-wrap license.^

知的財産権と競争法−−Illinois Tool判決、完全価格差別、情報化時代（講演原稿 06-3-28）

• 公正取引協会外国法研究会での講演。最近の米国最高裁Illinois Tool判決を紹介、これがシカゴ学派の「完全価格差別」テーゼにつながることを指摘、情報化時代への投影を試みる。
• "Intellectual Property and Competition (Speech Transcript)" summarizes the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision in Illinois Tool v. Independent Ink, suggests its link with the Chicago School 'perfect price discrimination' proposal and discusses them in light of the information age.

• 公正取引委員会『デジタルコンテンツと競争政策に関する研究会報告書（2003年3月）』をベースにラジカルな飛翔を試みる。下請法情報成果物改正や、最近のネットによるテレビ攻略事件にも言及。
• "Visual Contents and Competition (Speech Draft)" radicalizes JFTC's Research Paper on Digital Contents and Competition Policy published in March 2003, also referring to the Information Products revision of Subcontractor Protection Act and to the recent attempts by internet ventures to absorb TV establishments.

• 価格情報の対称化によって価格圧縮が進み、それが供給サイドのコスト圧縮を強制して、企業を変えていく。情報革命は「個」の爆発的開花をもたらす。

• いま米国の音楽・映画産業を大きく揺るがしているNapster、Kazaaなどのファイル交換問題は情報革命の先駆運動としてのアナーキズム（libertarianism）の胎動ではないか？
• Net Music and Anarcho-capitalism suggests that the recent file-sharing cases such as Napster and Kazaa are the libertarian spearheads leading to a more vibrant information revolution.

マクロ・アーキテクチャーをめぐる独占への死闘 （Working Paper 02-8-22）

• 情報（ＩＴ）革命の基本理念である表現の自由（米国憲法第1修正）と、同じくその宿命である独占（ネットワーク外部性）の相剋を考える。
• Death Battle toward Monopoly Using Macro-Architecture discusses the conflict between Feedom of Expression (1st Amendment) as the destination of the information revolution and the monopoly (network externalities) as its shadowy twin.

e-ビジネス・モデルの研究（Working Paper 03-1-26）

• 大型e-コマースの挫折が続いているが、これにはビジネス･モデルがもともと不健全だったところと、ビジネス･モデルとしては健全だったが、ネット株暴落低迷にたまたま巻き込まれたところとがある。e-企業者の条件は、現実から演繹できる極限の先に見えるもの（幻視−−ビジョン）を見ることのできる人（幻視者−−ビジョナリー）であること −−だが、利益をめざす伝統的な経営手法がいまのところ究極の勝利者のようでもある。
• Study in e-Biz Models explores what distinguishes successful from unsuccessful e-business models. The condition for successful e-Biz entrepreneurs is their "vision" --plus-- sense of balance.

• 『システム監査学会会報』（システム監査学会、1993年10月）、pp. 25-34。1980年以降の米国コンピューター・ソフトウエア著作権判例を追跡、その方向を探る。

• Transition of Software Copyright Cases in the U.S. analyzes court decisions since 1980 to find out the current law.

ビジネスマンのためのトレード・シークレット（営業秘密）（Working Paper 05-8-25）

• 日本の営業秘密制度（不正競争防止法第2条第1項第4-9号/第14条第1項第3-6号を中心）を、ビジネスマンの視点からわかりやすく解説、日米の有名判例を要約した。

• Trade Secret Laws and Cases for Business People explains relevant provisions of the Japanese Unfair Competition Act and summarizes famous U.S. cases.
