＜姫浦層群＞ Himenoura Group (Late Cretaceous)
熊本県天草郡には後期白亜紀の姫浦層群が広がり、多くの種類のサメの歯化石が産出している。ここに紹介するサメの歯化石は本会会員である人見友幸さん所蔵の標本をお借りした。まだ、紹介する標本は少ないが、順次追加して行く予定である。
