Towards the main exit of Beppu station , you will find the Foreign Tourist Information Office (FTIO) ftio@ace.ocn.ne.jp The FTIO is staffed by at least 2volunteers at any given time between the hours of 9am-5pm every day.

We have set PC for foreign tourists to check the weather, timetable or their own e-mail.
